- Coach Q and Jacy perform their award winning Duo-Fitness routine at “The Art of Movement” at the Columbia Center for the Arts in Hood River. Performances take place at 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Tickets may be purchased at Columbia Center for the Arts, or at Waucoma Books in Hood River.
- Little Athletes Fitness Fun will also be selling their new gymnastics-inspired fitness DVD for children at “The Art of Movement.” $5.00 from every DVD sale will be donated to Columbia Center for the Arts.

Save Our Schools event. LAFF the Lion and Coach Q will lead a 20 minute family fitness workout, followed by Zumba for everyone. Don’t miss this fun event to support our Hood River schools!
