Coach Q and her daughter Jacy received a standing ovation after their duo-fitness routine at the 2011 Fame West competition in Canada in March. The mother-daughter duo was awarded first place!
Coach Q and Jacy will perform their routine at “The Art of Movement” on April 16th at the Columbia Center for the Arts in Hood River.
Little Athletes Fitness Fun will be selling their children’s gymnastics-inspired fitness DVDs at the event. LAFF will donate $5.00 from every DVD sold to the Columbia Center for the Arts.
